Deskripsi Singkat

Meningkatnya produksi minyak sawit, dapat dipastikan meningkat pula jumlah limbah tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) sehingga diperlukan solusi inovatif untuk mengubah limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan memiliki daya saing. Inovasi ini menghasilkan helm dengan cara reinforcement ABS dengan bahan baku serat TKKS yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi untuk menyerap energi tumbukan, tahan benturan, anti pecah, dan ramah lingkungan.

Brief Description :

Increased production of palm oil, can certainly increase the amount of oil palm empty fruit bunches (EFB) waste that required innovative solutions to transform waste into products of high economic value and competitiveness. This innovation resulted in the helmet by means of reinforcement ABS with EFB fiber raw materials that have a high ability to absorb impact energy, impact-resistant, shatterproof, and environmentally friendly.
Keunggulan :
1. Bahan baku serat melimpah (sustainable) dari pengolahan limbah TKKS industri minyak sawit (CPO) dan polimer recycle 2. Bahan Baku lebih ekonomis dan ramah lingkungan karena mereduksi limbah polimer (recycle) sebagai matrik helm dan filler serat dari pengolahan limbah TKKS 3. Proses produksi : Green proses (tanpa bahan kimia) dengan zero waste 4. Matrik yang digunakan adalah polimer ABS recycle dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi reuse atas limbah polimer yang terus meningkat di Indonesia 5. Membuka lapangan pekerjaan. 6. Menggunakan teknologi sederhana sehingga bisa diadopsi industri menengah/UKM dan menguatkan ekonomi mikro. 7. Helm lebih ringan karena densitas biokomposit < 1 g/cm3 8. There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
